Service Description

We manage the full lifecycle of grant development, management, and administration, from funding identification through closeout. Our work includes grant prospect research, grant program design, LOI and proposal development, inclusive of evaluation design, and review and editing of grant submissions. We manage pre-award, post-award, and closeout activities, including program implementation, budget development, financial tracking, compliance, performance monitoring, and reporting. Our approach ensures alignment between funding requirements, program design, and execution, maintaining structure and accountability across the grant lifecycle
